These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Stasis (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of stasis.wtf and any related services, software, features, or products (collectively, the “Services”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once posted. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

The Services are intended for individuals aged 13 and older. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Services.

1. USE OF SERVICES

The Services are not intended for distribution or use in jurisdictions where doing so would violate applicable laws or require registration. Users accessing the Services from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

Submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas (“Submissions”), you assign all intellectual property rights in those Submissions to us. We may use them without compensation or acknowledgment.

You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit:

• Is lawful and not misleading
• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Is not abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful
• Is not confidential information

You agree to indemnify us for any damages resulting from your submissions.

Before leaving a public review, we kindly ask that you contact our support team to give us the opportunity to address your concerns. Most issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication.

We reserve the right to remove or report reviews that are misleading, false, or violate platform guidelines. Repeated misuse of our services, including intentionally harmful or bad-faith feedback, may result in restricted access or account suspension.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You will not use bots, scripts, or automation to access the Services

6. NO REFUND POLICY

Access third-party content at your own risk.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

If terminated, you may not create a new account under a different identity.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. DISCLAIMER

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

You are responsible for your own data backups. We are not liable for data loss.

16. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

You consent to electronic communications and electronic signatures. Electronic records satisfy legal writing requirements.

17. IN-GAME BANS

Stasis is not responsible for in-game suspensions or bans resulting from use of our software. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

18. FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS

Fraudulent payments or disputes will result in immediate license termination. We may request verification if fraud is suspected.

19. LICENSE TERMINATION

We reserve the right to revoke your license key if you violate these Terms.

20. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Stasis.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute waiver.

We may assign our rights under these Terms at any time.
